The IDCO’s BoD and staff members are from different backgrounds and expertise, are executing successfully the centre’s management tasks and activities including for instance; update and endorsing the internal policies, regulations, approaches and strategies as well as communicate and collaborating with all same-scope stakeholders, donors and the targeted communities in order to develop professionally the frameworks and propositions that responding better to the needs, gapes and concerns of peoples in Palestine. The centre’s BOD and the executing teams are conducting their meeting periodically and whenever needed in order to follow up the centres’ programs and activities and taking the suitable decisions accordingly. Accordingly, IDCO management and staff are adopting a multi-developmental programs aiming at contribute in solving the community's challenges, especially, the challenges related to community development, sustainability, food security, health, advocacy and environment conservation. IDCO will seek to achieve these programs through the implementation of consultancies, studies, researches, activities and projects as well as to stimulate positive community's initiatives. Actually, ToR/job descriptions are available for staff and clearly define roles and responsibilities of employees, and the management of IDCO is systematically review the performance of its employees and engaging them in all areas of decision making in accordance to their responsibilities and roles the organization’s chart. Moreover, IDCO management promote staff learning and development in line with their area of expertise and with the objectives and mandate of the organization and the organization advises employees, beneficiaries, and other recipients to whom to report cases of un-ethical behaviour by staff members, such as harassment, sexual abuse and exploitation, discrimination, etc. On the other hand, IDCO management have developed fraud policy which covers, how to respond to allegations of fraud, how to expect to deter fraud, how to respond to different types of fraud, and how allegations can be reported, and how the allegation will be investigated, all staff are aware and know about this policy.
